Research

Collect cases from multiple sites or collaborators, have participants complete annotation tasks and MCQs, then export the results for analysis — all GDPR compliant.

A research project uses the same building blocks as a presentation: cases, annotation tasks, and MCQs.

  1. Click + create in the top left of your workspace and select presentation.
  2. Drag & drop a folder with your files into the upload window: DICOM or JPEG case images, and slides as PowerPoint or PDF files.
  3. Review the upload overview, then confirm.

Add annotation tasks to have participants mark key findings in an image, and MCQs to test or evaluate their judgment — see Create presentation for the full steps.

  1. Get a copyable link — from the workspace menu, or the Share button in edit mode.
  2. Send it to your sites or collaborators.

Participants complete the tasks asynchronously, on their own time.

Statistics are tracked automatically:

  • Annotation accuracy — percentage of overlap with the ground truth
  • Percentage of correctly answered MCQs
  • Average completion time

Download the results as a CSV for analysis.
