Live presentation
Start the session
Section titled “Start the session”- Click Present in the top right of the editor — or, from your workspace, select the presentation and click Present in the menu that appears.
- Share the join details with your audience (see below).
- Use the arrow buttons in the top right to move between cases and slides.
How your audience joins
Section titled “How your audience joins”Click Share in the top right of the presentation editor — it lists all the join options for your audience:
- QR code — scan the code shown on screen
- Direct link — open the shared URL (e.g.
rp.md/d0m1w) - Drop-in code — enter the code (e.g.
d0m1w) on the rapmed website
Your audience can join on any device — smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
By default, each participant can freely zoom, pan, and scroll on their own device. Enable Follow mode at any time to sync everyone’s view to yours.
Run annotation tasks and questions
Section titled “Run annotation tasks and questions”- Annotation tasks — ask your audience to mark or highlight findings on an image. Response counts update in real time. Click Group answers for a combined heatmap, or Presenter’s answer to reveal the correct annotation.
- Multiple-choice questions — present a question tied to a case or image. Click Group answers for a bar chart of responses, or Presenter’s answer to reveal the correct choice.
Show the leaderboard
Section titled “Show the leaderboard”After your last slide, click the arrow once more. The leaderboard shows the top 5 participants by alias, with annotation accuracy, correct-answer percentage, and average response time.
Export or reset statistics
Section titled “Export or reset statistics”- From edit mode, click Statistics.
- Choose Download as CSV to export, or Reset statistics to clear.
