How Live Presentations Work

1. Start Your Presentation: Click the "Present" button on the top right in the editor.

2. Audience Connection: Your audience has three easy ways to join:

  • QR Code: They scan the on-screen QR code with their devices.
  • Direct Link: You share presentation link e.g. rp.md/D0M1W
  • Drop-in Code: They enter code e.g. D0M1W on the Rapmed website.

3. You're in Control: Once your audience is connected, they follow your lead:

  • Change Cases: When you move to the next case, they will follow
  • Zooming & Scrolling: As you navigate the image, their screens mirror your actions.
  • Tasks: Interactive tasks you've created automatically appear on their devices.

4. Interactive Learning with Real-Time Feedback

  • Annotation Tasks:
    • Audience Participation: Ask them to identify or highlight areas of interest on the image.
    • Visualized Results: Their responses are aggregated into a heatmap, showing areas of consensus and potential variations in interpretation.
    • Document image

  • Multiple Choice Questions:
    • Test Knowledge: Ask questions along with the image.
    • Instant Feedback: The audience's answers are displayed as a bar chart, giving you a quick snapshot of their understanding.
